Poppy Roach acted as a runner for three consecutive years during the Live @ Delapre Northampton. She got blenders, footballs, coconut water, posted letters, washed dirty pants... you bloody name it she did it.

What was the most awful thing a musician made you do?
Probably, there’s quite a few. More because of the state I was in [hung-over], Jessie J made me go get her a stupid juicer. And I literally looked everywhere for it – and everywhere kept trying to sell me a blender and apparently they are two different things. News to me. So when I finally found one in the sixth electrical store, I went back and gave it to her… And she didn’t even use it!

What was the nicest thing a musician made you do?
Basically McBusted asked for a hairdryer, a really nice one and after they gave it to me! And I still have it and use it everyday!

What was the most random thing?
In 2014 I was the driver for Boyzone. Shaun was running late. He was getting a helicopter into the Mariate Hotel in Coventry and I had to go pick him up. I had literally the most awkward conversation with him on the way back and he was telling me, about his day how he’s been racing cars in Huddersfield all day and now he’s just doing this gig today and he’s got a Sunday roast for when he gets home.
Who was the most famous person you met?
Ronan Keating, I met him when I was 10 in 2004 at the Balloon Festival in Northampton when he was a solo artist. And he gave me a Crunchie [chocolate bar] before he left. He then came back to Live @ Depare in 2014 and he remembered me as the Crunchie girl. It was our 10 year anniversary of our honeycombed friendship.
